Gevrey-Chambertin

We stop at « La Justice » and « Les Jeunes Rois » for the benefit of a blend of 7 different terroirs, clayey, limestone and made up of rockslides.
Each terroir brings its different3 markers3 and complementary qualities : we ultimately obtain a very complete wine, perfectly representing the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation.
The stony and limestone terroirs will bring finesse and minerality while the clayey terroirs bring power, depth and tannins.

•   Les Jeunes Rois : clay from the deep and fairly thick alluvial fan
•   La Justice: gravel from cave landslides (limestone)
•   Aux Corvées: clayey
•   Croix des Champs: clayey
•   Les Crais: gravel from valley landslides (limestone)
•   Le carré Rougeaud : clayey at the start of the hillside
•   Billard : gravel from cave landslides (limestone)
