Here are some tips to help you fully appreciate our wines :
Serving temperature :
➥ For reds: 16 °C / 60 °F
➥ For whites: 12 °C / 53 °F
Breathing time before serving :
➥ For young wines, allow a minimum of 2 to 3 hours before serving
➥ For older wines, allow about 1 hour
➥ For very old wines (> 25 years old), open at the last moment
Decanting :
➥ If you feel a hint of reduction or a slightly closed wine when you taste it, decant the wine for 1 to 3 hours at the right temperature to help open it up, and reveal its true potential.
